ACCESSIBLE FEE STRUCTURE
We represent clients on a contingent fee basis. That means we don’t collect our fees and costs until we recover for you, and initial consultations with our attorneys are free.
- An initial consultation meeting with our co-founder attorneys Melissa Hailey and/or Elizabeth Hart in whatever format works for you (in-person or virtual);
- Meticulous investigation of your case details;
- Thoughtful evaluation to ensure we're the right fit for your needs;
- A second virtual meeting with Melissa and/or Elizabeth to discuss next steps.

We don't just react to deadlines; we take control of your case from the very beginning. We start with a thorough initial investigation to build a strong foundation. From there, we develop a customized, proactive plan for your specific situation, including regular check-ins.
