Last week I was delighted to co-present the Top 10 Insurance Cases from 2024 to the Colorado Bar Association’s Insurance Committee. My co-presenter was Katelyn Werner of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, one of the top insurance defense firms in Colorado. This presentation was an excellent opportunity to not only collaborate with a highly-esteemed defense lawyer but also to foster the well-rounded approach to continued legal education the CBA strives for. So thank you, CBA Insurance Committee for the invitation to serve; thank you, Katelyn Werner for the cooperation and professionalism; and thank you to everyone from the plaintiffs’ and defense bars who attended this event. It was a pleasure!
