Melissa (Mel) Valle has joined the HH team as a litigation paralegal. She has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field. Mel has assisted on cases from intake through trial and appeal and has served as the paralegal on matters pending in state and federal court. She has dedicated her career to helping clients who have suffered injuries and damages due to the negligent and careless acts of individuals and insurance companies. Mel is an excellent team member because she is genuinely passionate about her clients and ensuring that she delivers top-notch paralegal services to HH clients.
Mel grew up traveling around the country during her childhood while her father, who served in the military was stationed around the United States. She was raised in a Spanish-speaking household and remains fluent in Spanish to this day. Mel’s mother was originally from Mexico and became a U.S. citizen in 1985. In 2000, Mel graduated from the University of Arizona on the Dean’s Honor List with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Spanish. Mel was a proud member of the Spanish Club and the National Hispanic Institute. Her work in the legal field began in 1995 clerking for a Judge Advocate General Attorney’s Office answering phones and assisting enlisted soldiers and their families stationed in the United States. Through this experience, Mel realized that she wanted to pursue a career in the legal field.
Outside the office, Mel loves spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs. She loves oil painting, hiking and traveling.
